Conscious Connected Breathwork is a body-mind practice that uses the breath to move beyond the mind where you can experience a place of clarity, peace and presence. Set to music, the breath journey can help to release any built up stress, anxiety or stuck emotions - and connect us with a deeper part of ourselves for greater clarity on our path forward. Some of the benefits of Breathwork: 🍃 strengthen lungs 🍃 boosts immunity 🍃 reduces inflammation 🍃 calms the nervous system 🍃 deep relaxation Venue: the breath journey will be held in a cosy space with a wood heater in a small cabin next to a forest. Address will be provided upon booking. What to bring: Bring along a drink, and a mat or blanket to lie on, as well as a blanket for warmth. Some people like an eye mask as well.
