retreats

if you're looking to go deeper, join a retreat.  seed + spark retreats offers unique experiences that create an adventure for the body, the mind and the heart.  


our first retreat is a breathwork retreat in Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula.  Staying in luxury glamping tents, with acccess to a beautiful homestead for daily breathwork, yoga and meditation, nourishing food, and sound healing.  


We are also planning a Nepal Trekking retreat in Feb 2023.

group breathwork

customised small group sessions for friends or work colleagues - at a time that suits you - that bring breathwork together with movement and meditation for physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.  

what to expect: 

group sessions can be for beginners through to advanced breathwork practitioners and usually both seated and lying down breathwork.  


the sessions are usually an hour in length, during which time I will guide the group through some basic movement, breath awareness, meditation and if desired, a short conscious connected breath journey for deeper release.  ​

these can be done online, or in person on the mornington peninsula.
